We are members of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) and the Centre for Window and Cladding Technology (CWCT).

Our priority is ensuring all our work meets the standards required to achieve EWS1 (External Wall System Fire Review certificate – A Building Safety Act Requirement) and approved document Part B; Building Regulations, guaranteeing safety for building occupants. Whether you are concerned about existing cladding on a complex, residential building or looking to fit compliant products on a new commercial project, we have experience coordinating a range of external cladding projects.

If you receive an EWS1 fail, we’ll conduct a full intrusive survey and formulate a future-proof plan to achieve compliance to building safety standards. Working closely with you and our partner consultants, we’ll create working design drawings and plan out a programme of works to deliver completion as quickly and safely as possible.

From conception to completion as a principal duty holder, we’ll provide the Golden Threat of compliance, coordinating third-party inspections with regulatory bodies and funders. Our quality assurance protocols provide Transparency of information and an audit trail throughout the project, culminating in delivery of your ESW1 certification.
