Pall Mall

This project is a 7-floor re-cladding of a residential building in the City Centre of Liverpool.

The original scope included the complete strip out of combustible cladding panels, installation of new A1 rated spandrel panels, installation of vertical and horizontal fire stopping works within the voids behind the panels, replacement of the Brise Soleil blades and balcony refurbishment and investigation works to other external wall elements to ensure a successful EWS1 rating.

Following intrusive surveys and investigations whilst the project was ongoing, a number of defects were discovered within the building that would affect the fire rating and also the structural integrity and the safety of the residents.
