Marlborough House
The project carried out at Marlborough House, Plymouth, consisted of the cladding replacement to the 14th storey. The cladding was to be replaced due to fire safety concerns.
In order to undertake the cladding replacement works to the 14th Storey of Marlborough House, a specialist contractor was appointed to undertake the design and erection of scaffolding to enable the high-level access.
The success of this project where residents had to remain in occupation was largely due to the dedication, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and flexibility of our site manager,
resident liaison officer, and supply chain partners.
