Watermeadow Grange Care Home

We have recently completed a design and build project for an 77 bed and 9 care suite high-end care home in Topsham, Devon, for healthcare provider Cinnamon Care Collection.

The Lancer Scott project team designed and built the project from RIBA Stage 2, working with Cinnamon Care to meet the high quality specification and install required. Construction involved substructures, steel frame, timber trussed roof, pre-cast concrete planks, SFS envelope with cladding and masonry skin, flat roofing and tiled pitched roofs. Internally, the build involved formation of 86 en-suite bedrooms, communal dining and lounge areas, commercial kitchen and laundry, staff areas, salon and spa bathrooms, reception and circulation areas.
