UWE Staffroom

Lancer Scott were appointed on a Design and Build basis to demolish two existing rooms in order to create a new larger staff room area.

We developed the design for this project and went for a Scandinavian inspired scheme and implemented all works, finishes and fit out to completion. This included full demolition works, partitions, ceilings, M&E services and finishes.. Bespoke carpentry elements were incorporated including bench seating, feature screening, built in recessed shelving and bespoke kitchen.
