Lancer Scott were appointed to complete the refurbishment of an existing medical building on Glenside Campus, UWE.

The scheme involved demolition and structural alterations to reconfigure the building layout. The building was fitted-out to a high standard, with the remodelled plan provided space for consulting rooms, test rooms, opticians clinic and shop, CT scanner room and teaching space. Works were undertaken in a partially occupied building, requiring Lancer Scott to work closely with UWE Stakeholders to minimise disruptions to occupants.
