Kings Heavy Haulage

Lancer Scott constructed the new industrial vehicle maintenance workshop, service yard and offices for Kings Heavy Haulage at Plot 1A and 1B Cabot Park in Avonmouth.

The project involved considerable groundworks & civils package including piling, site wide drainage, ducts & services, RC pads & slabs, steel frame construction, composite cladding & roofing, blockwork, M&E services, vehicle maintenance specialist equipment installs & service pits.

The project also involved the office & amenity block fit-out, as part of the main workshop.
