Pressworks

This project involved refurbishment to a multi-storey office block in central Cheltenham. This project consisted of 2 phases, the first being strip out and major structural alterations. the second phase consisted of a bespoke Cat A refurbishment & fit-out.

The extensively renovated building includes shower and changing facilities, on-site parking, secure cycle storage, IT enabled access control, HVAC and external roof terrace.

In addition to the extensive refurbishment works to the existing building, an additional floor was added to the top of the building with all associated structural, M&E and fit out works that went alongside.
