Hybrid

The works comprised of the refurbishment and fit-out of 48 Queen Charlotte Street, to create new ground and first floor offices for Hybrid News.

The works involved the following: Strip out of existing areas, including partitions, block walls, toilets, wooden staircase, etc. façade works, new windows, Installation of new staircase and bespoke tiered timber seating, new kitchen / tea point, New AC system, new flooring throughout, decorations, mechanical and electrical alterations.
