Lancer Scott’s healthcare department completed the demolition of a domestic dwelling and the new construction of a care home for Choice Care.

This consisted of a very confined and restrictive construction of a brand new 10 bedroom care home along with two small self-contained annexes within the garden area on the site of the previous domestic dwelling along home for people with learning disabilities.

Following demolition he team built the home from the ground up in restrictive conditions and included all construction, landscaping, configuring of electrical, gas and water services and full decorations and fit out. The space created was bright and high quality with consideration taken for all of the specific needs that the residents would require.
