Electricity House

We recently completed a newly created office space at Electricity House, one of Bristol’s Iconic and historical buildings.

The building is listed and we had to obtain planning permission in order to change derelict space into 13,000 sq.ft of beautiful offices (excluding landlord areas) and have now handed these over to travel company Inside Asia.

Our inhouse Interiors team designed and installed the project in its en- tirety from concept to completion, working alongside the client to form a brief that met the needs of their business, staff and clients, a cost plan that worked with their available budget and head quarters fitting for them to run their world wide operations from. The design included: M&E services; feature lighting; raised access flooring & flooring design; ceilings (a combination of exposed soffit, mesh tile, an open grid
with exposed services and hanging plant features and MF); and a comprehensive furniture proposal.
