Design and construction of a 40 Bed Care Home and 4 Townhouses using traditional construction methods. This consists of a lower ground floor car park facility and upper ground and first floor accommodation and associated communal areas.

This project presents a number of challenges, one namely being the tight proximity of the clients existing development and the highway as we have constructed 3 elevation on the line of the existing pavement.
