Complete strip-out and Cat A – high-quality fit-out of 32,00 five storey office building in central Bristol. Works covered all fabric and HVAC and Fan-coil system throughout’ Electrical services, lifts and Sanitaryware.

Lancer Scott were appointed to undertake the complete strip-out, refurbishment and high
quality fit out of a 31,785sq ft five storey – including Ground Floor – building in central Bristol.

The works consisted initially of the complete strip out to shell, inclusive of all fabric, mechanical and electrical services. Following this, all services were then relocated and reinstated.
