Promenade House

We completed this refurbishment project whilst the building was still occupied therefore we had to use a phased approach for the works.

Phase 1 included the Basement & Ground Floor, Phase 2 was the ark of- fice space and first and Phase 3 was the Meeting Rooms, cafe and quiet spaces. The whole office was refurbished including stripout of the old finishes and layout, new M&E services and layouts, full decoration and fit out all whilst the office was occupied by the client/architects them- selves.

The sensitive refurbishment has brought the office back to life whilst keeping the character of the Grade 2 listed building.

The project was extremely sucessful and won the prestigious prize for best Workplace project up to 1500sqm at the British Council for Offices South of England and South Wales Awards.
