The was a prestigious project completed during COVID/lockdown periods. The completed works achieved BREAM very good rating and also achieved performance beyond compliance with Considerate Contractor.

The project itself consisted of a full strip out and refurbishment of the CAT A office building whilst tenants were in situ. Full M&E services were installed along with new toilet core, lift lobbies, two new lifts and stairs. Basement works including a full shower and changing facilities block were also completed.

A high end bespoke reception was created by expanding the existing reception area to nearly double the size. This included new custom reception desk, banquette seating, luxury furniture, cladding features and design
decorations and finishes throughout.

We also refurbished and fit-out 4 retail units including new shopfronts.
