Today, we are delighted to announce that we have invested in professional training and will be driving skills development and professional accreditation through a new Training Partnership secured with Lancer Scott Construction West and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Under this new Training Partnership, the CIOB will work together with our teams in developing professional programmes specific to business needs, and to further construction careers towards Chartered status. Investing in our colleagues through this route means we can offer individual training programmes, including continuous professional development events.
