Lancer Scott Facilities Management division shortlisted for two South West Business awards

Our Facilities Management division at Lancer Scott has been recognised in the South West Business of the Year awards – shortlisted in two categories for 2026.

The awards celebrate the region’s most innovative and successful companies. The Fast Growth category looks to reward outstanding business growth demonstrated over the past 12 months, as part of a sustainable strategy.

Working with clients including UWE Bristol, Co-op, Whitbread & Tesco through a successful partnering approach and a commitment to lasting value, our Bristol-based Facilities Management division has seen turnover grow positively by 20% year on year, over three consecutive years.

Daniel Knight, Managing Director at Lancer Scott Facilities Management, commented: “For more than 30 years, Lancer Scott has delivered market-leading facilities management services across the South West, combining technical expertise with innovative solutions to create exceptional environments for our clients. As a trusted partner, we help organisations thrive while investing in local communities and creating meaningful social value. Our continued growth is driven by a commitment to delivering measurable, long-term outcomes that not only meet today’s needs but help shape the future of our industry. We are delighted to be recognised by the South West Business Awards and look forward to celebrating the achievements of our team and fellow finalists at the awards ceremony.”

Lancer Scott Facilities Management has also been acknowledged and shortlisted for ‘Medium Business of the Year’ at the South West Business awards.

Ross Saville, Operations Director, commented: “Being shortlisted in two categories at this year’s South West Business Awards is a tremendous achievement and a reflection of the dedication, expertise and passion of our people. This recognition reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement, investing in our teams, enhancing our systems and using data-driven insights to deliver outstanding service for our clients. It also highlights the positive impact our colleagues make every day by improving client estates, supporting local communities and championing sustainable, responsible business practices. We would like to thank the South West Business Awards for this recognition and congratulate all of this year’s finalists.”

Led by TheBusinessDesk.com, in partnership with Partners& and PwC, the gala awards dinner will take place at Bristol Harbour Hotel on the 12th November 2026, where the winners will be revealed.
