Bringing to the fore the finest design and build projects completed across Wales within the last twelve months, we are thrilled to announce that our fit out project for Gleeds has been recognised at the Wales Property Awards.

Totalling almost 5,000 sq. ft of space, Gleeds’ brand-new city centre office has been nominated as a finalist within the Fit out/Refurbishment of the Year category for 2026.

The aim for the Cardiff office was to bring people together. It was important to the client that the new environment would be somewhere accessible, open plan and full of character, and so the iconic Hodge House building in Cardiff was the perfect choice.

The workspace itself needed to enable growth, whilst offering state-of-the-art facilities for teams to meet, greet, collaborate, and thrive.

The Wales Insider Awards celebrate the achievements of property and construction companies, deals, developments, advisory firms and individuals across Wales. The award shortlists were chosen by a panel of independent judges.

The gala awards dinner will take place at the Coal Exchange Hotel in Cardiff on the 11th June, where the winners will be revealed.
