Lancer Scott is thrilled to announce that we have been recognised and honoured at this year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards for two of our construction projects.

The 2026 CCS National Site Awards acknowledge sites and teams delivering high standards and a clear commitment to considerate construction across the industry, with importance placed on community, environment, and workforce standards.

Gold level was presented to Lancer Scott for outstanding performance on our work at The Milliners, a high-rise residential apartment block in Bristol city-centre. With Bronze level presented to Lancer Scott Construction West for the refurbishment and construction work at Royal Gwent Hospital’s new Decontamination Suite.

Recognition at the CCS National Site Awards reflects the commitment our teams demonstrate every day to exceptional practice and best-in-class quality standards.

Achieving perfect scores at the project’s CCS site visits, The Milliners is a multi-million-pound, five-storey re-clad of a live building, to include the demolition and rebuild of the sixth floor.

Harbut continued: “Achieving Gold status, and Bronze, under the Considerate Constructors Scheme takes a lot of hard work, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the commitment and dedication of our whole site team. These schemes stand proud as leading examples of considerate construction, setting the benchmark in our industry.”
