We are thrilled to announce that the prestigious fit out work at CBRE’s Bristol office has been shortlisted at this year’s South West Property Awards. The awards recognise and celebrate the finest design and build projects completed across the region within the last twelve months.

Totalling 7,500 sq. ft of space, CBRE’s brand-new city centre office has been nominated as a finalist within the Fit out/Refurbishment of the Year category for 2026.

With emphasis placed on workplace experience, our client wanted to improve collaboration across a dynamic environment for its 100 strong staff. The vision was to provide an intentional workplace – one that enables employees to work effectively, promotes social connections and wellness.

The South West Property Awards celebrate the achievements of property and construction companies, deals, developments, advisory firms and individuals across the region. This year’s shortlists were selected by a panel of independent judges.

The gala dinner will take place at the Harbour Hotel in Bristol on 1st October, where the winners will be revealed.
