LANCER SCOTT 2025 GENDER PAY GAP REPORT APRIL 2026
The Gender Pay Gap is the average difference between the pay of Men and Women working in an organisation.
Gender Pay legislation requires all employers of more than 250 employees to publish their gender pay gap for work in scope as of the 5th April 2025. The ‘snapshot’ must include the 5th April, meaning if your pay period is monthly, it will cover the period 1-30 April 2025.
The purpose of Gender Pay Gap reporting is to achieve greater gender equality across the UK and increase pay transparency. The gender pay gap is an analysis of gender distribution across the workforce.
Under the Gender Pay Gap legislation, we are required to report:
- The Mean Gender Pay Gap
- The Median Gender Pay Gap
- The Mean Bonus Payments Gender Pay Gap*
- The Median Bonus Gender Pay Gap*
- The proportion of male and females receiving bonus payments*
- The proportion of male and females in each of the four quartile pay bands
*At the snapshot date there was no eligible bonus data to include
