The Thames Club, Staines, Middlesex

One of the most demanding, challenging yet most satisfying projects recently delivered by Lancer Scott was the complete refurbishment of “The Thames Club” in Staines.

This project involved the installation of a completely new Air Conditioning System, with a complete reorganisation of activities from the ground to 1st floor with all new floor, wall, ceiling finishes installed, along with a new commercial kitchen and refurbishment of the pool area.

This project was made particularly special as it was delivered whilst the Leisure Club was kept in continual operation and open for business.

The extensive £2m facelift was undertaken through nine separate phases working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with all original budget and completion target time frames achieved!
