The £2 million package comprises of the provision of Mechanical, Electrical, Building works and services to the high specification office facility.

Providing 5 storeys excellent office facilities in the heart of Cheltenham, St James House offers 24 Hour On-site security, impressive staff and reception facilities and beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
